At Santayana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
